You're in the Wasteland and it's dark. There are piles of rubble and rubbish everywhere, casting shadows. Hills and crevices, and large discarded pieces of machinery. It stretches on forever, larger than is possible. There's no escape on foot from this Wasteland. The Wasteland is the whole world.

[The Master is running through the City streets, ducking around buildings and laughing. He has his laser screwdriver out and he's picking off the sheep whenever he can. [There's a man in the shadows. It's outside, it's dark, and he's huddled against a building in an alleyway, crouching. It's difficult to see what he's wearing but it's probably black, or some other equally dark colour. He is definitely wearing a hoodie, though, as the hood is pulled up over his head, putting the upper half of his face into shadow.

[The device switches on and the Master can be heard talking to himself some distance away from it, sounding alternately desperate and disgusted and trying to calm himself down, occasionally. His voice raises and lowers in volume, sometimes he mutters so quietly that some of what he says is indiscernible.]
